New-to-market restaurant chain locks down downtown Orlando space

A prime ground-floor corner space at one of downtown Orlando’s “Main & Main” intersections has inked a new-to-market restaurant tenant.

The 1,924-square-foot space at 2 S. Orange Ave. will soon be home to metro Central Florida’s first Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls location.

Jeré Matheny, a senior associate with Orlando-based First Capital Property Group, who has been marketing the space on behalf of building owner FoxRock Properties of Massachusetts, confirmed the 10-year lease deal to Orlando Business Journal.
