NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a man accused of attacking a woman after stealing a cell phone from an Upper West Side doctor's office last month, authorities announced Friday.
At approximately 12:45 p.m. on Monday, January 16, the suspect entered a doctor's office located at 105 West 72nd St. and removed a cellphone from the table.
According to officials, the suspect forcibly pushed the 32-year-old victim away from him when she attempted to retrieve the cellphone back from him.
The suspect then fled on foot westbound on West 72nd Street.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
The value of the iPhone 13 is approximately $1,200, the NYPD said.
The was last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweater, black pants, black sneakers and carrying a black book bag.
