Here is the information about winter shelter sites in Baltimore from the city's health department:

Please contact our Coordinated Entry line at 443-984-9540 to request shelter referrals between 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, on days that Winter Shelter is active. Community partners and shelter seekers can contact the Winter Shelter locations directly between the hours of 9:00 pm-12 midnight on Winter Shelter days: Lockerman Bundy at 410-396-9468 or 410-396-9469, and MCVET at 410-576-9626 ext. 215.

Transportation sites:

  • My Sister’s Place, 17 W. Franklin Street
  • Beans & Bread, 402 S. Bond Street
  • Lockerman-Bundy Elementary School, 301 N. Pulaski Street
  • Health Care for the Homeless, 421 Fallsway
  • McVets, 301 N. High Street

Shelter seekers should plan to arrive at one of the designated shuttle stops between 4:00 pm-7:30 pm to allow sufficient time for transportation to overflow shelter facilities and dinner service. Transportation to overflow shelter will end at 8:00 pm.

Participating shelters will provide accommodations from 4:00 pm to 9:00 am the next morning. Each person will be provided with dinner and breakfast, access to shower and laundry services, and transportation to/from the shelter.
