DANVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A fatal crash shut down parts of Alabama Highway 157 in Morgan County on Friday, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA).

Troopers say Wanda Harbison, 73, of Addison, was killed when the Ford Escape she was a passenger in was hit by a Chevrolet pickup truck. The crash happened near mile marker 24 on Highway 157 around 11:20 a.m. on Friday.

Harbison was not using a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to ALEA.

The driver and another passenger in the Ford were taken to the hospital.
