Jewelry brand Pandora has signed a deal to open a store at 1001 Fleet Street, according to a joint news release from Harbor East and Pandora.

This comes as the company is moving its North American headquarters out of a building in downtown Baltimore.

“Our team at Pandora is excited about our expansion into key markets as every new store marks a milestone in our plans to increase our retail footprint throughout North America,” said Detria Courtalis, Vice President of Sales at Pandora, in a news release.

Pandora joins Patagonia and Brilliant Earth as the newest retailers to open in Harbor East. Other national retailers include J.Crew, Under Armour, Lovesac, Anthropologie, and Bonobos.

In December, Pandora announced that it will be moving its North American headquarters to New York City. Pandora says it is getting $6 million from New York to support the project, including $1.5 million in tax credits. The company also said it will create 133 new full-time jobs there.

Pandora says that the headquarters will remain in Baltimore through 2026.
