Oskaloosa's Waylon Bolibaugh signs his letter of intent to continue his education and football career at Upper Iowa

OSKALOOSA — Oskaloosa’s Waylon Bolibaugh signed his letter of intent on Wednesday to continue his education and football career at Upper Iowa University in Fayette.

Bolibaugh was a two-year starter at wide receiver for the Indians. He led the team in receiving both years amassing 83 catches for 1,331 yards and 13 touchdowns over those two years while also being a threat on special teams where he returned two punts for touchdowns.

Bolibaugh joins a Peacock program that will look to bounce back from a 1-10 record in 2022.

“It's super exciting,” Bolibaugh said. “The opportunity that I have is really cool. I went through the whole process and Upper Iowa just felt like the home for me. It's a brand new coaching staff and the recruiting class that we are bringing in this year is really talented and I think we can make some stuff happen over the next four years that I'm going to be there.”
