Firm plans move into downtown OKC building

OKLAHOMA CITY – Marketing, advertising, and branding agency Freestyle Creative recently acquired a two-story property at 301 N. Harvey Ave. and has made plans to move into the building in Oklahoma City’s Central Business District.

Since its founding in 2007, Freestyle Creative has officed off Broadway Avenue in Moore. According to a release, the agency’s move will accommodate a growing staff and create an environment conducive to further expand business opportunities.

The 11,495-square-foot office building was purchased in cash from a law firm that plans to remain but move to the second floor. Freestyle Creative will utilize the first-floor space and plans to later renovate the basement space, which includes access to the OKC Underground.

“Given Freestyle’s significant growth and expansion in services over the past few years, we recognized that the best place for our agency to prosper is downtown,” said President Kelley Gann. “Our staff is excited about the creative opportunities the new space offers and looks forward to expanding our reach in the Oklahoma market.”
