Widespread rain likely late Sunday

The start of the weekend will be cool and dry with afternoon temperatures approaching 60 degrees under mainly sunny skies. Sunday will start dry, but showers are expected to move in by nightfall.

As the rain becomes more widespread overnight, you can expect to wake up to some lingering showers through early Monday morning.

Rainfall totals are expected to range from 1-1.5" for Sunday night / Monday morning's rain.

Any outdoor plans on either day should be good to go, but keep in mind that a stray shower can't be ruled out on Sunday. Heavier rain rolls in late, so evening plans are expected to be drier, especially early.
