Now plans are in the works to have an in-person meeting with not only the mayor but the Albany Chief of police as well. Frank also plans on not being the only business owner to express his concerns; He is encouraging other business owners with the same concerns to come together so they, along with city leaders, can voice and address the concerns they have. Scavio tells CBS 6, "this is the first step.

If we don't get to the second and third, then we have an issue, but that's what we're hoping; it's not going to be cured overnight, it's a process, and I understand that." The longtime Albany Businessman said.

An exact time and date for the meeting have not been confirmed.
