Downtown Knoxville and the surrounding neighborhoods are some of the most in-demand areas to live.

811 East Downtown

Near Morningside off James White Parkway, 811 East Downtown at 811 Evolve Way provides luxury apartments without being in the heart of downtown. Each apartment features stainless steel appliances in a full kitchen, washer and dryer units, a balcony and internet access, with additional access to a pool, a coffee bar, a movie theater and game room, a clubhouse and a gym. There are a total of 173 units spread across four stories, with eight floor plans to choose from.

The three-story historic building from the 1890s is a nice way of connecting to the city’s roots near the heart of downtown.

The Arnstein

The Arnstein is a historic building in downtown Knoxville. Originally built in 1905, the building is best known for its first floor tenant, the Urban Outfitters at Market Square. It's next to The Tribute, the short-term rental building that opened earlier this year.

City South

The Daniel on Jackson
