Longtime Milford Company Building Sold
Milford-based Discount Fence of CT is moving into the recently-acquired property.
MILFORD, CT — Discount Fence of CT purchased the former J.P. Salmini Company property at 101 Gulf Street recently.
The property includes a 4,380 square foot building and 0.35 acres of land. J.P. Salmini, a family-owned air-conditioning contractor, occupied the building for the past 50 years.
The seller was 101 Gulf Street LLC and was represented by John Bergin with Pearce Real Estate.
