A late night shooting in Bismarck has left a 39-year old man dead.
Police responded to an apartment complex parking lot just after 11:30 p.m. after a caller reported gunshots. When officers arrived on scene they discovered a deceased man in a car.
This is the second fatal shooting in Bismarck in less than two weeks.
The Bismarck Police Department’s Investigations Division is currently working the case and following up on leads. No other details were released.
