The Cincinnati Police Department has identified the man who was seen by a mother exposing himself to her three children at a gas station on E. Liberty Street.Police say they have identified the man as Recard "Rick" Gray, 32.According to CPD, Gray exposed himself and performed a lewd act in front of three children — aged 5, 8 and 10 years old — while they were sitting in a car at a gas station on E. Liberty Street while their mother was paying at the station's window kiosk.Officials say Gray is wanted on three counts of public indecency.
