Inwood — Halloween Activities will be kicked off with Octoberfest at the Lake Pahoja Recreation Area north of Inwood on October eighth.
Emily Ostrander, from the Lake Pahoja Recreation Center, says activities will be at the center from two o’clock in the afternoon until five o’clock that evening. There will be carnival games, bouncy houses, train rides, a hayride around the lake, and horse rides. There will also be a walking taco dinner available and cotton candy.
From five o’clock until seven o’clock there will be trick or treating at the campgrounds. Kids can dress up in their costumes and go from campsite to campsite and trick or treat.
Proceeds made from Octoberfest go completely to the Recreation Area.
