Winning CT Lottery Ticket Sold At East Haven Store

EAST HAVEN, CT — A New Haven woman won $10,000 playing the CT Lottery. Tamika John won playing KENO.

She purchased the lucky ticket Wednesday at Haven Deli & Convenience in East Haven.

The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record.

The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.

"The fact is, people win every day with the CT Lottery!" officials said in a statement.
