A 2nd arrest has been made in Tuesday night's shooting on Flicker Drive in which MPD officers were fired upon while in their vehicle.

20-year-old Tymetrick James was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of attempted murder as well as two counts of shooting into an unoccupied building.

James is one of two subjects accused in the shooting incident, the first being Valeido L. Davidson, 32 who was arrested Wednesday night.

Mobile Police tell NBC 15 that “evidence at the scene shows that 2 different firearms were used.”

James was previously arrested in connection to a shooting at a funeral vigil in Mobile in March.

Davidson's bond was set at $100,000 for each attempted murder charge and $30,000 for each shooting into a dwelling charge.

James was denied bond Monday due to as active Mobile Municipal Court cases stemming from the March incident.
