A 30,000 square foot mansion and event space, formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame member Barbara Mandrell, will be auctioned in Nashville

Bob Parks Auction has announced that 'The Fontanel', a sprawling 221 acre estate which includes a distillery and winery, is currently looking for new ownership.

According to The Fontanel's Facebook page, the estate on Whites Creek Pike is located just 'three songs' from Downtown Nashville and is a venue with indoor and outdoor space that hosts a variety of events from company outings, weddings, concerts and more.

The auction company says that the property has multiple buildings and is divided into six parcels. A buyer could purchase parcels separately or all of them together. Bidding will open on October 14 for pre-bid orders, with the auction event on October 22.
