NEW YORK -- There's new information on the search for a suspect in a stray bullet shooting in the Bronx.

Police continue to look for 18-year-old Omar Bojang.

Investigators say he was driving a moped when his passenger, 15-year-old Matthew Godwin, fired shots that struck and killed 11-year-old Kyhara Tay in the Longwood section of the Bronx.

Godwin was arrested in a hotel room early Friday morning and pleaded not guilty. Bojang has not been located.

We have now learned Bojang is also a suspect for two gunpoint robberies on Webster Avenue in the Bronx in April.

Police say on April 18, a 46-year-old man met with four individuals after they had arranged a meeting online to purchase unspecified merchandise. According to police, one of the individuals pulled out a gun and hit the man in the head while the other three individuals stole the man's wallet. All four then ran off.

On April 22, police say three male individuals met up with a 28-year-old man after arranging a meeting online to purchase merchandise. Again, one individual allegedly pulled out a gun and hit the man in the head while the others robbed him, taking a watch, cellphone and wallet.

The victim in that incident suffered a cut and bruising to his forehead.
