EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Bees were celebrated Saturday by El Paso Families!
The Paseo del Norte Beekeeper’s Association celebrated along with the New Mexico beekeeper’s and the Albuquerque Beekeeper’s Associations came together to host a family friendly bee event.

This event came together as World Bee Day was celebrated Friday all around the world and June will be National Pollinators Month
During the celebration tours and presentations on Honeybees, Native bees, Pollinator gardening and other hands-on activities for families were offered.
The goal of the associations was to share knowledge, educate and promote the benefits of beekeeping to the public, according to an event coordinator.
Paseo del Norte Beekeeper’s Association wants to remind the community they also have beekeepers that provide bee removal services.
