A driver being chased by police in Denver died Saturday after crashing with an RTD bus.
The crash happened in the area of Broadway and West 13th Avenue, police said on Twitter about 7 a.m. The driver was taken to a hospital, and police announced his death at 3:10 p.m.
Police described the driver as a kidnapping suspect. He was the only person in the car that crashed.

The man’s identity will be release by the medical examiner’s office.
Police did not report any injuries on the bus. An investigation is ongoing.
