HENNEPIN COUNTY, MN — Hennepin County Sheriff David Hutchinson is taking a paid leave of absence for health-related reasons, according to a report by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

While Hutchinson is on leave, Chief Deputy Tracey Martin will be in charge of the Sheriff's Office, the report said.

Hutchinson will continue to get paid and receive benefits, the publication reported.
