TOWN OF LAWRENCE (WLUK) -- We have a follow up on a plan to build a multi-million-dollar distribution center in Northeast Wisconsin.

A developer wanted to spend $200 million to build the warehouse near the Freedom Road exit off Interstate 41 in the town of Lawrence.

Town administrator Patrick Wetzel tells FOX 11 the developer is not moving forward with the project.

The company behind the project says it's due to "changing market conditions."

The warehouse would have added up to 1,500 full-time jobs to the area.

Wetzel says the town isn't aware of any active plans for the property at this time.
