Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man who was spotted inappropriately recording or taking photos of women.
The incidents happened on two occasions in April and May. On April 21, the man was at the Walmart Supercenter at 9301 Forest Lane. On May 8, he was at a Target store on 2417 Haskell Avenue.
The suspect possibly drives a silver or gray 4-door sedan, according to police.
