Westborough Hotel Sells For $7.2 Million To Utah Buyer

WESTBOROUGH, MA — A large hotel in the heart of Westborough's office cluster sold this week for $7.2 million.

A Utah hotel company bought the Sonesta ES Suites Boston Westborough, 25 Connector Road, along with eight other hotels across the U.S., the Worcester Business Journal reported.

The hotel was formerly a Marriott Residence Inn and is located just south of the Route 9 and I-495 intersection near the BJ's Wholesale headquarters.

The buyer, Peg Companies, operates dozens of hotels across the U.S. The Westborough location will be the company's second after a Residence Inn property in Danvers.
