Plans are in the works to renovate an old Des Moines building into a brewery, restaurant and housing.Des Moines officials will consider a plan to upgrade the old French Way Cleaners building on Euclid Avenue.Project leaders hope to get approval for more than $4 million of renovation to turn the building into a brewery, restaurant and housing.Building management says the transformation of the building is part of the revitalization of the neighborhood.If all goes according to plan, construction would begin this July in hopes of being done next May.Related:
