MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A drive-by shooting rattled residents of a high-rise apartment building in Midtown overnight Tuesday.

No injuries were reported but bullets flew close to people at the Azur Tower apartments on South Bellevue.

One resident told us bullets hit apartments on the 11th floor and 15th floor. Police reports say officers found shell casings in front of the apartment’s parking garage and on top of it.

She said one bullet ended up in the living room of a pregnant woman.

According to the city crime tracker, there have been at least seven incidents involving theft from vehicles or vehicle thefts from that apartment complex in the past two months.

So far no word of any arrests, or suspects. However, police say they’re looking for a black four door sedan and a silver Dodge charger.
