Brighton, N.Y. — Brighton fire crews are looking into the cause of an apartment fire late Monday night.
When fire crews responded to the Greystone Apartments around 11:00 p.m., they discovered heavy smoke and called for extra fire units from Henrietta.
One apartment is considered unlivable.
Red Cross was called to provide emergency housing for the occupants.
No residents or firefighters were injured. Other residents of the complex were able to return to their homes.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
