California-Based Coffee Shop, Juice Bar Opens At Marina Landings Tampa

TAMPA, FL — BTI Partners is welcoming its newest tenant to the sprawling 52-acre Westshore Marina District. After a successful soft opening, DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar, are set to celebrate their grand opening soon.

This comes as construction nears completion at Westshore Marina District’s first luxury condominium tower.

The California-born companies are quick-service beverage brands that offer coffee and tea selections in the DRNK side of the store and raw juices, smoothies and acai bowls in the QWENCH side of the store.

The brand’s Westshore Marina District location is their first in Florida, occupying 1,200 square feet in the Marina Landings town center.

The beverage concept is joining tenants like Duckweed Urban Market, Cru Cellars, Crave Spa, Salon Color Bar and Sand Surf Co., which have already opened. Coming soon is Chuck Lager America's Tavern and Buzzed Bull Creamery.

BTI Partners has selected a roster of tenants, curating a variety of lifestyle-centric options to foster the area’s live-work-play environment.

DRNK coffee + tea will offer a diverse selection of hot and cold organic and fair trade-certified coffees and teas, world-class hand-crafted organic espresso beverages and freshly made breakfast items, paninis, wraps and salads.

QWENCH juice bar, which places an emphasis on using fresh ingredients, natural flavors and nutritional foods, offers a wide selection of raw squeezed-to-order juices, smoothie blends, handmade acai bowls and light lunch items.

Westshore Marina District, situated along 1.5 scenic miles of bayfront, is home to BTI Partners’ luxury high-rise condominiums, called Marina Pointe, and Marina Landings, the 70,000-square-foot town center with shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Adding to its list of community attractions, Westshore Marina District recently held its inaugural Summer Night Exchange. The monthly fresh market will occur on the first Wednesday of the month from 6 to 10 p.m. all summer long.

The market is one of many successful events in the district, which have included jazz strolls, yoga and yappy hours, all designed to offer a more exciting quality of life as the neighborhood comes alive at Westshore Marina District.

Marina Pointe’s first tower, consisting of 120 condominium residences, is nearing completion. The luxury condos are priced from the $1,000,000’s to over $3 million with only four residences remaining for sale. A second tower release will be announced soon.

Once BTI Partners’ development and neighboring residential projects are completed, the area will have nearly 2,400 new residences.
