With the help of former Southern Spice executive chef Malcolm Prude and chefs Gerald Harvey and Cecil G, they're delivering their own take on African-American comfort classics that touch on a variety of cultures and cuisines, from Southern to Caribbean. Many represent their own personal favorites, and they want to share them with everyone, regardless of ethnicity. 4 to 11 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
