Greensboro police identify two more suspects in shooting of 54-year-old found dead last month
Greensboro police have identified and arrested two more suspects in relation to the shooting death of 54-year-old Taha Andalla Babeker last month. Authorities say that 23-year-old Timothy Lee Jones and 38-year-old Levan Laforrest Sanders are both facing multiple charges regarding the incident and are being held at the Guilford County Jail with no bond.Greensboro police also arrested and charged Tyrik Terrell Griffin, 21- and a 17-year-old in connection to the alleged crime earlier this month. Authorities said Babeker, 54, of Greensboro, was found dead just after midnight Nov. 29 after he suffered a gunshot wound in the 600 block of College Road. Babeker was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to call Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000.
