BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD) – A gray Honda Accord is hanging off a ledge by the Circle K on the corner of Bluebonnet Boulevard and Perkins Road.
An East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office deputy said an elderly woman took off too quickly and didn’t know there was a ledge.
