Renovated apartment complex brings modern look to central El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A new apartment complex in central El Paso is scheduling tours to possible tenants.
Renovations are complete at the complex at 1831 Murchison Drive, near medical center.
The Alza Apartments offers 151-units that have modern design and amenities, according to its spokesperson.
The space was redeveloped by local developers.

Alza Dwellings features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with scenic views of the El Paso and Juárez area.
Residents can also enjoy co-working lounge areas, a game room, swimming pool and a fitness center.
Every apartment includes modern stainless-steel appliances, new fixtures and door-to-door trash service. Pets are also allowed.
The property is managed by Esperanto Developments and Severo Hughston.
