One man is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Wapello County.It happened around 6 p.m. on Highway 63 south of Ottumwa Thursday.Police say 43-year-old Joshua Pugh of Osceola was driving when his car crossed the center line and hit another car head-on.Jamey Davidson, 57, of Bloomfield, died at the scene. Davidson's passenger and Pugh were both taken to hospitals in Des Moines. Their conditions have not been released.The cause of the crash is under investigation.
