Jimmy B. Colclough, 30, of Newark, has been issued an arrest warrant charging him with murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon (handgun), and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said in a statement.

On Wednesday, February 10th, just before 10:00 p.m., members of the Jersey City Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue.

Responding officers found three shooting victims, a 30-year-old Jersey City woman, later
identified as Raven Harris, as well as two male victims, who are 28 and 29 years old and were left in critical condition.

The three victims were transported by Emergency Medical Services to Jersey City Medical Center. Harris was pronounced dead at approximately 10:30 p.m.

The Northern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds and the manner of death to be homicide. The two male victims were treated for their injuries and released.

Anyone who sees Colclough should not approach him, but should instead immediately contact the police.

The HCPO Homicide Unit continues to actively investigate this case with assistance from the Jersey City Police Department.
