Green Bay police: Woman survives attempted murder-suicide

GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- A woman survived an attempted murder-suicide on Green Bay’s east side, police say.

Officers responded to the 2200 block of Imperial Lane around 8:35 p.m. Thursday for a weapons call involving a 35-year-old woman and 55-year-old man who had recently been separated.


When police arrived, they found a woman injured from a single gunshot wound and a man deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The woman's current condition and the names of the couple were not released.
