Green Alert canceled after veteran returns home

WISCONSIN (WBAY) - A statewide Green Alert for a military veteran from Monona was canceled at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon. Authorities say the veteran, who was considered at-risk, returned home and is safe.
The man hadn’t been seen since early Wednesday morning at the Flying J Travel Center in South Beloit.
Police did not suspect foul play in the 31-year-old man’s disappearance.
