ALBANY, Ore. – Police arrested a second suspect linked to an Albany man’s murder earlier this month at Timber Linn Park.
On Wednesday, Oct. 20, detectives found 18-year-old Abel Sanchez-Anaya in Halsey, Oregon.
They say he was with another suspect, Elijah Crump, when Joshua Johnston-Partain was fatally shot at the park.
Sanchez-Anaya was later booked into the Linn County Jail on second-degree murder.
According to police, Johnston-Partain was shot several times on October 10 at Timber Linn Park.

Detectives identified Crump as a suspect. Investigators tailed his vehicle for a while before taking him into custody in the parking lot of the “Stop n’ Save” market in Rickreall.
