Cincinnati craft brewer launches Northside winery

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - The very first employee of Northside craft brewery Urban Artifact, itself known for sour and fruited beers, is taking what he learned there and striking out on his own with a new winery.

Josh Elliott, the first employee of Urban Artifact outside of the brewery's founders, this month launched winery Fruit Blood as an outgrowth of the brewery. The winery is a separate business backed by the brewery, much the same way it launched Radio Artifact.
