Convicted murderer added to APD’s Metro 15 list

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – APD added a convicted murderer wanted for a parole violation to its Metro 15 List.

Sidney Randall, 60, is on probation for second degree murder and violated parole, according to APD. Randall is reportedly known to have violent tendencies.
