Oct. 13

Raul Goycoechea, 43, of Branford, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Oct. 14

Michael Anthony Rodriquez, 42, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Kyeden Nazhon Beall, 19, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Oct. 17

Carlos Gomez-Jurado, 23, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 18

Emmanuel Vazquez, 32, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jessica D. Allen, 32, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Ramon Gonzalez, 27, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 19

Robert Canter, 39, of Columbia, MD, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

Scott Kenneth Perillo, 37, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Herman A. Zuniga, 57, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, and three counts of illegal sexual contact of a victim under 16.

Diana Ordonez, 26, of Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Elian B. Tapia-Campoverde, 21, of East Haven, was charged with making a false statement.
