ARMED & DANGEROUS: MPD arrest suspect in fatal shooting of man who crashed into church

MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — UPDATE: MPD now say David Hardy is in custody.

Mobile Police have named David Hardy as the homicide suspect sought in connection with the October 19 homicide of Samuel Bishop.

Bishop was discovered shot in his vehicle after it struck a church on Rev. A.T. Davis Street.

Police say he is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to notify Mobile Police.
