A man died from his injuries following a crash in Warren County on Sunday morning, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office.

Roger Reynolds, 88, was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment on Sunday.

Hamilton Police said the crash happened on Ohio 48 near Harrison Road.

Investigators believe a 1989 Jaguar, driven by Reynolds, was headed northbound on Ohio when he lost control and crossed the double yellow line.

A 2019 Toyota RAV-4 headed southbound on the road struck the Jaguar on the passenger side, investigators said.

Chola Reynolds was the passenger in the Jaguar. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.  Roger Reynolds was taken by helicopter to the hospital.

The driver and passenger in the RAV-4 were taken to Bethesda North Hospital and were released.
