The time change is approaching, Indiana. Here's when you need to turn back your clocks.

The end of daylight saving time — and your extra hour of sleep — is fast approaching.

The seasonal time change will occur on Sunday, Nov. 7.

At 2 a.m. local time, the time instantly changes to 1 a.m. and people "gain" an extra hour of time. The practice only changes our daily schedules, not when the sun actually rises or sets.

Most phones and computers automatically adjust for the time change, but don't forget to change your manual clocks and watches on Nov. 7. 

This will be Indiana's 15th year of observing daylight saving time.
