FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham resident won the $4 million prize, when playing the The Massachusetts Lottery’s “100X The Cash” instant ticket game.
In September, Agnaldo Franca scratched the winning ticket and chose the cash option for his prize and received payment of $2.6 million before taxes, the lottery said.
He was given a check for $1,845,000, after taxes.
The winning ticket was purchased at Riverside Gulf at 1530 Concord Street in Framingham.
The store received a $40,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
