A man died Tuesday after he was hit by a car in Hartford, police said.
The 52-year-old was struck near 1975 Park St. about 6:45 a.m., before dawn, they said. The driver remained at the scene.
The man was seriously injured and taken to the hospital, where he died shortly before 7:30 a.m., police said.
Police have not released the man’s name because they are still working to locate his relatives, Lt. Aaron Boisvert said Thursday afternoon.
No charges have been filed; detectives from the Crime Scene Division continue to investigate.
