YAKIMA, Wash. — An Amber Alert issued out of Yakima for a 3-month-old boy has been canceled after he was found safe at home.

On Tuesday at about 9:15 p.m., 911 dispatchers got a call from the child’s mother who said she was in the midst of a domestic violence incident with the father of her child and that he would not stop the car and let them out.

Yakima officers found the car and tried to pull it over, but the man would not stop.

Officers eventually stopped the chase, and at around 8:20 this morning the child was found safe at a home.
