Player wins $1.1 million jackpot playing slots at Mississippi casino

A lucky gambler from Alabama won $1.1 million while playing a slot machine, a Mississippi casino announced Wednesday.
The winner, only identified as “Dane W.” actually won the jackpot on October 13, while playing the Wheel of Fortune slots at the Silver Star Casino at Pearl River Resort.
The slot is a 3-wheel, progressive machine.
