EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Dewitt Police put you On the Lookout for a man in connection to an identity theft case in East Syracuse. They have identified the man as Michael Hollifield, 24 of East Syracuse, and credit viewer tips that help them catch him.
This follows an investigation into an incident of identity theft, during which police say Hollifield was caught on camera.
Hollifield was arrested and charged with the following:
- Identity theft
- Criminal impersonation
- Obstruction of governmental administration
- Disobeying a traffic control device
- Plate violation
- Aggravated unlicensed operation
