Bleacher Report
“Prior to Week 6, BYU had only turned the ball over twice and won the turnover battle (and the game) in all five contests,” wrote B/R’s Kerry Miller. “When the Cougars were plus-one in turnover margin, they won by one score. When they were plus-two, they won by two scores. So if Bohanon remains calm, cool and collected with no giveaways, I like Baylor in this one.”

Thamel on his BYU pick: “One of the things about BYU is that they’re just sound and solid. They’ve got big, huge linemen. They have an NFL tailback. Jaren Hall is back from injury, played okay against Boise, not great. This is a better BYU team at outside receiver than most seasons. I don’t know if BYU is going to go in there and win, but I think at the very least they are going to make it close. …I like BYU licking their wounds coming back on the road and making a statement in Waco. And at the very least they’re going to cover that six.”
