The Madison Police Department has opened an investigation after video surfaced online appearing to show an officer engaged in sexual activity with a woman inside a squad car.Marcel Scott said he recorded the video Thursday while running errands. "I was stunned at first. I was paused, and then I grabbed my phone out and I recorded it," Scott said. "If we can't do it, what gives him the right to do it." The Madison Police Department said it has identified the officer in the video and placed that officer on administrative leave. The officer's name has not been released.No other details were available.

The Madison Police Department has opened an investigation after video surfaced online appearing to show an officer engaged in sexual activity with a woman inside a squad car.
Marcel Scott said he recorded the video Thursday while running errands.

The Madison Police Department said it has identified the officer in the video and placed that officer on administrative leave.
